Amigurumi Turtles

I made a bunch of these for my first batch of items I sent to Spoonie Survival Kits. I used Mariner yarns in one of their mermaid shades for the shells and pastel yellow, purple and blue for the heads and legs. These little turtles are easy to make and look great in a range of colours.

I made them using this free pattern (Tiny Striped Turtle, ctrl+F and search for turtle)

Mermaid yarn
Pastel yarn
Safety eyes (7 mm)
Crochet hook (3.5 mm)

    1. I usually use a 3.5 mm for amigurumi as the stitches need to be nice and tight, otherwise the stuffing will show. Sometimes, I even go down to a 3 mm or 2.5 mm if the yarn is quite thin.
