By K W Warburton, The Reluctant Spoonie

I made a bunch of these for my first batch of items I sent to Spoonie Survival Kits. I used Mariner yarns in one of their mermaid shades for the shells and pastel yellow, purple and blue for the heads and legs. Spoonie Survival Kits is a great charity that sells kits specifically for those with a chronic illness and they donate 50% of all sales to a chosen chronic illness charity. Their current kits include insomnia, chronic fatigue and chronic pain. In addition to a Christmas themed kit during the holiday season.

Mermaid yarn
Pastel yarn
Safety eyes (8 mm)
Crochet hook (3.5 mm)

I made them using this free pattern (Tiny Striped Turtle, ctrl+F and search for turtle)

These little turtles make a gift for a friend or as a first amigurumi make for yourself. What animal should I make next for Spoonie Survival Kits?
