  3. You can submit your piece as a word doc., in the body of the email or as an audio file for transcription.
  4. Please proof your piece for spelling and grammar before submission (Grammarly is a free plugin that you can use on Microsoft Word and your browser and is a low-energy way to check your work for errors).
  5. You can publish under your own name, a pen name or anonymously. Please let us know in your initial email.
  6. If you would like us to include a link to your blog/ socials with your piece, please include that in your initial email as well.

Submission Tips

Pieces that are unique are more likely to be selected, so don’t hold back and let your personality shine through! Additionally, pieces that require minimal editing are also more likely to be selected.

We do not have the capacity to pay for submissions. However, you will receive a free advance copy of the digital magazine as well as a thank you card and a small gift.

The type of people who usually submit pieces for the digital magazine are chronic illness bloggers or people with a chronic illness/ disability who do not have their own writing platform.
