Here are the current jobs available with The Reluctant Spoonie. Where possible, we hope to employ those with a chronic illness/ disability. Most jobs are on a one-off freelance basis with a small payment or gift in return. The editor will be able to provide a reference/ recommendation for all who work with us. This blog is not-for-profit with the overall aim of helping those with live with chronic conditions. *Paid Role* New Logo Designer
We’re currently looking for an artist to design a new logo to represent the work and vales of The Reluctant Spoonie. We have a specific concept in mind that will involve a sunflower. The final design will be a black line drawing.

*Voluntary Role* We are currently seeking staff writers to produce content for the blog across all sections. The ideal candidate will be able to write 1 blog post a month on a chronic illness topic of their choice, however, frequency of blog posts can be arranged around the persons scheduled. You do not need to have your own blog to take on this position.

Time commitment for this role is expected to be 1 hour per week depending on the type of blog post that is being produced.
Social Media Assistant (Immediate Start)
*Voluntary Role* Full training provided, no professional social media experience required. Most suited to someone who is interested in chronic illness blogging or online advocacy work. Age 18+ (Due to the content of some posts that you will be working with). Time commitment 1 hour per week which can be spread over a number of days to suit your personal needs/schedule. You will be managing the Facebook page with full creative control. There will also be opportunities to create content for the other social media channels and submit blog posts on any topic to the blog.
